A Campaign for a Climate in Crisis that will reach people across the globe through Live Earth Concerts. All concerts held on July 7, 2007 intended to raise awareness about man-made climate change and encourage people to live more environmentally friendly lifestyles.

The concerts aimed to bring together more than 150 musical acts to a mass global audience.
The organization for the event was Save Our Selves, founded by Kevin Wall, and includes as major partners, former Vice President of the United States Al Gore, the Alliance for Climate Protection, MSN and Control Room, a concert production company producing Live Earth. Their logo/trademark is SOS written in Morse Code.

1. By planting trees, you can reduce home cooling costs by as much as 50%and grow yourself a little shade on a warm summer day.
